Articles on programs, projects and initiatives to improve the lives of youth in care and Crown wards are welcomed for the Spring edition by April 15, 2009. The Journal - print and electronic - is distributed to 3, 300 readers including child welfare practitioners, researchers, foster parents, volunteers, government representatives, community partners and the media. Personal accounts, opinions and news articles will be considered for publication. OACAS also welcomes executive summaries, excerpts and abstracts from researchers and academics.
